Hi there Sacristia,

Good job on day 3, I am right there with you on Day 4, and
I can relate. They say that this fasting is good for mental
clarity, especially with our demons and emotional stuff. I
was recently reading prior posts where people have had
emotional breakthroughs, just crying or venting pent up emotions,
releasing the tention. So I think this is EXACTLY what the
doctor ordered chica. You take care, rest well, and continue
forth.
