Hi Mo,

A white coated tongue can mean candida...but it is also an indication of toxins that have been released by a cleanse or fast and are making their way out. The Liver Flush not only releases stones, but also a lot of toxins. Scrape it off with a tongue-scrapper of edge of a spoon.

Make sure that you drink LOTS of water after a flush...especially if you have used the Epsom Salts . This is important to flush out toxins and also replace lost fluids from the salt-induced diarrhea. You may also need to replace electrolytes. Dehydration can cause you to feel pretty crummy...it may be why you're not feeling so hot today!
