I don't think it is necessary to take the Epsom Salt after the cleanse. It is used mainly to relax ducts for easier
passage and to loosen stools.

You might want to try putting the Epsom Salt in some empty capsules. This is what I do now and it sure is
easier than drinking that stuff.
