Hi there,

I've had a mild to moderate stuttering problem for quite some time now (at least a few years) and I have no idea how to get rid of it. It affects everything from confidence to social events (which is a bad tme for it). I was wondering, does anyone know if it's caused by an unhealthy body or something else? I desperately need to get rid of it.
