Bentonite and psyllium husk. Go to your health food store and get the liquid Bentonite clay and psyllium husk. Take a tablespoon of the Bentonite and a teaspoon psyllium and mix with water. Shake and drink quickly. As you body becomes used to this shake, you can drink 3-4 shakes a day.
