I wanted to pop in and give you some words of praise. I think it is fabulous that you are determined to manage your "bipolar" and that you are learning to do so without drugs. It sounds like you've made some great progress. Did you read the post in the BiPolar forum about the guy who meditated intensely for years to learn peace and eventually "cure" himself? I thought that was very interesting and perhaps helpful.
Other than that, I don't have personal experience with bipolar (they diagnosed my sister but I think they're wrong... I have other theories about her, lol). I do have theory in general: I believe we're here to learn and each of us will be given different obstacles for us to learn a particular lesson. Perhaps with that guy's story, he had a hard lesson to learn regarding how to bring peace from inside. I think everyone has their lesson and perhaps the closer you are to achieveing it, the less your moods will vary. Just thoughts, completely 3rd party. I disagree with the other theory that was kindly presented regarding it being someone in your life. It would be good to identify and remove disruptive influences, but I believe also that one must look inside themselves to find peace.
Anyway, don't know if this is helpful but big kudos to you and lots of love too. You are very vocal and supportive on this forum. :)
