My favorite dish my mother made on my special request was seafood paella. Her name was Sara, with no H. I've been talking about her with HOW and have missed her recently. I think I'll make paella. Ya got me to cry.

In my paradigm - we'd say you've found your magic. Intuiting what recipe will fill a person's soul.
