Hi Hibiscus. As you hinted at...maybe your 'elevated liver enzymes' was just a way to get you connected to this site! As I was walking around town doing errands yesterday I was thinking about you and your liver enzymes and I wondered if when you got your results from the doctor and he said, 'no drinking' and you followed his directions...for the next 3 weeks you were thinking: I have elevated liver enzymes! over and over. Ya know? It's just a wee thought, but maybe your concentration on this liver enzymes made them triple! If I were you, I'd do a little experiment over the next 3 weeks. Have your one beer, do everything that you normally do and think: my liver enzymes are at a perfect level. (or something like that) Just trust that your liver enzymes are not elevated. It can't hurt and might turn out to be an interesting experiment! Also, yes, the unresolved anger or frustration that goes with the liver might be something that you want to release/think about...a you suggested yourself. I forget, have you done any liver flushes? They can flush all that stuff away!
