Thank you for replying. I have many silver fillings in my teeth, and several gold crowns. I've been reading about the possible effects on the liver of this type of dental work. However, I have so many that to remove or replace all of them would almost mean getting false teeth. Also, I spoke to my dentist about it and he said it would cause more problems to get rid of them as it would release more mercury into my body!

I've been reading the posts on these forums for several weeks. The Liver Flush was quite simple but the other things are confusing. However, I am planning to do the lemonade cleanse for 8 days (against the advice of my doctor) at the beginning of the new year and I will do another Liver Flush at the end of that time.

In your opinion, what is the best, and least harsh,way to cleanse the bowel and to flush out parasites? Cost is not an issue as my health is more important than anything. Thanks so much for your time.
