Sounds about like my situation. I broke out in a sweat and then it went away. It has happened twice in the past month. I am in the process of using Bentonite and Psyllium for colon cleansing and I get the feeling it may be due to something making it's way down the old pipes. A couple of times, I have felt a heaviness on one side or another. Hopefully, whatever it is will make its way on out soon.
