Missed you too, Paulette! Have been busy busy busy. The insurance Co. made us do a remodel of our business building and it has taken up much time and money. Then with my daughter moving across country (she moved back though. Yay) and the holidays, I have not taken as good care of myself as I should. Did not finish the GB cleanses, thought I needed more colon cleansing first. I have been using Bentonite/Psyllium mixture. I actually wonder if it has been part of the problem. Possibly clearing out something largish, though I have not seen evidence of anything. This did not really feel GBish, though I did experience gurgling and then cramping in that area. As soon as I went potty, it all went away and I did not observe anything in the stool that was out of the ordinary.

Who knows. This would have been a first for me if it was a GB attack, I have not had them. Mostly I was worried about the pulsing thing. It just seemed odd.

Will let you know if anything shows up. And I will be doing cleanse in the next couple of weeks just to see what's what.
