Sometimes it is really hard to tell if the pains or gurgling you experience are coming from the liver/gallbladder or from the colon...the hepatic flexure of the colon is right below the liver and gallbladder. You may have something going on in your colon...possibly a stricture. Have you done a thorough colon cleanse? If not, you might want to give it a try.
