Hi, I would like to do a colon, kidney and Liver Flush however, I do not know which one to start out with ?

or is there a preparation I must do first before I start any of these?

Secondly, how long do I have to do these flushes for?

A week, 2 weeks, a month?

Third, how would I know that my liver, kidney or colon is completely cleansed?
