Question....why are they that color now on the Fourth day! Also, my tounge is pink already does that mean I am not as toxic? He he he....I also think I am starting to shed some good layers out of my system..Yippie!

So I am feeling good...ran three miles yesterday on the treadmill. Have not had any symptoms just yet. I still feel like my normal self.....Craving popcorn with some nutritional yeast and herbs on it!!!!!! Yummy....oh and some seared Tofu with Tahini!!!!!!!
