My blood pressure also varies widely. Sometimes it is normal and sometimes high. I have had a hard time deciding whether to commit to medication.

I live in NYC, and so far haven't been able to find a doctor who will work with me.

I did find a book though, that gives an overview of current treatment options (pharmaceutical and nutritional) that are available, and I found it to be informative. It is called "Hypertension and Nutrition" by Eric Braverman, MD.
