Hi,

Keeping an open mind, but not thinking it was going to work !!!! I tried the Clarks method for BG/liver cleanse last night and had some intersting results this morning (sorry if this sounds gross!) I passed around 50-70 pea sized green balls, a few the size of a toothbrush head! They were alot darker in the middle, sort of dark green when crushed. Do I take it these are gallstones? If they were no wonder I felt bad!!! Think I passed a large red one and also some smaller red?

My G/B feels a little woosey,not aching or painfull , is this expected??

I will also admit that I used 'light and mild' 100% olive oil instead of cold pressed. There is little aroma and a lot less 'gag' when mixed with the grapefruit.

Have I completed sucessfully and how long till I can try again?

Thanks for this sites support, and not the doctor with a scapel.
