I was getting an ultrasound done and she said my bladder needed to be full. Well it was empty so she had me drink tons of tap water that I was sick of drinking soooo much water just to hurry up and fill my bladder. What I had heard before but never took seriously was water is a good thing. I actually felt soo much better mentally after I drank the water! It was as if someone handed me a peace pill. I felt really great. It only lasted a couple of hours but drinking all that water put me in a better mental place than I've been in along time. (I suffer clinical depression)
