We did a bowel and parasite cleanse over a period of one month.
Then we felt ready for the liver cleanse. We followed the recipe, fasting after 2.00p.m. first drink of Epsom Salts and grapefruit at 6.00p.m next at 8.00p.m Oil and grapefruit at 10.00 and into bed.
(We used Flaxseed Oil, not Olive oil.)
Never felt any bile moving through me, or stones moving through either like some people have described.
More Epsom Salts and grapefruit at 6.00a.m. and 8.00a.m.
My partner passed at least 50 stones within 24 hours, pea sized orangey green in colour.
I didn't pass any!!! All I passed was lots of sand like grainy stuff. Could this have been stones dissolved?
I was so disappointed. Where were the stones?
Did I do something wrong?
The only thing I noticed during the day, apart from spending a lot of time on the loo, was that I had boundless energy.
I am going to do another cleanse next weekend,(3 weeks after my first). I will use Olive-Oil this time.
Any other suggestions?
