The news is both good and bad.

The bad news is that you did not have a coffee enema. A colonic is nothing like strong enough. And it has to be held in for at least ten minutes. The instructions usually say fifteen minutes, but I have had great success with just ten.

The good news is: If you do have a proper coffee retention enema, you could, and probably would, feel a great deal better.
