I have a 2 year old who eats a vegan diet. I try to be very, very careful to make sure that she eats enough live food and is well-balanced in general. She has developed what looks like pimples on her cheeks, her upper arms and upper legs. They have been hanging around for quite a few months now. I have used herbal ointment on them. Nothing seems to help. Any ideas?
