I am still reading your post and I am still amazed!

I am wondering one thing---What is your height and weight?

As far as Gua Sha, could you enlighten me a little? I am going to that website as soon as I finish writing this and will probably find the answer, but what kind of round object do you rub over the oiled area? In my mind, I am picturing a rock?
