Hi Everyone
Has anyone heard of John Thomas(author of "Young Again"). He claims the folowing:
-The first stones are green,followed by brown,black and finally red stones,red stones being the most toxic.

-75% of wastes exiting the body is in LIQUID form.Stones represent only 25%of the waste.

- Epsom Salt should definitely not be used.

-six purges should clean out all your stones.

I liked his book and even sent away for his source page,but found I could not afford his products.It did lead me to believe that I still have lots to learn about purging stones.I look forward to hearing from anyone who has tried his methods.
