This may be a silly suggestion but... do you think it might be helpful if you started on a Wednesday or a Thursday? ...so you're on day 5 on Monday and you've gotten through a weekend?

Another thing if you're feeling off, you might want to schedule a time Sat and Sun morning to sit and read the forum for an hour, maybe the R messages to focus on the benefits and read success stories. Good luck!
