Are you mixing the oil with anything? I can't get it down by itself. Mix it with grapefruit juice- its the only juice that will really blend with the oil. I use 3/4 cup oil to 3/4 cup juice now but started with only 1/2 c oil to 3/4 c juice until I got used to the taste. Also, make sure you use extra light olive oil, it has the most mild almost undetectable taste.
