My gallbladder has a mind of it's own. Sometimes I can go a day without eating any fat and have an attack. I think that eliminating fat altogether causes attacks somehow from my experience. Gallbladder flushes do sometimes make your gallbladder act up. I've had that after flushes to where it hurts for several days. Mine went away after I did a couple of flushes. Better than getting it surgically removed right?
