I can't answer everything you've asked about, but I wanted to comment on your "lingering floaters".

A big reason for doing colon cleansing and a full flush (which causes diarrhea and moves everything out of you quickly) is to get all the stones out fast. I'm guessing that you're seeing stones coming out up to a week later because you didn't have the full benefit of a flush -- assuming that you're getting liver or gall stones. Usually, without the benefit of a flush, I'd find stones (after an attack...) embedded in feces, but since you're not eating much, my guess is that you don't have much on the way out, anyway. (It was usually only a couple days between attack and expulsion.)
