I know that I will lose some weight, and I may even look sickly because I'm already at an "ideal" body weight. But this is all ok because you gain it back quickly. And, The more bad tissue you have, the more you lose, so the way I look at it, the more I lose, the more bad tissue I am getting rid of right? I hope your fast goes well. Thank you for the support.
