Terminal: Start with Barefoots DeWormer. Will probably need Humaworm, Clear and Zymex II also.

Colons going to need a bunch of work too. Plus diet, oils and water. Depends on how far South your health is. Everyone is a bit different but all need the same outline, the same map.

With the "terminal" there is quite a bit of "mental" to go through also. The roller coaster ride of getting your full ration of normal emotions back.
