The BM's are going to be off and on until the bugs are gone. One day can't go, next day too much.
I did all the experimenting with the diet before I started all this antiparasite stuff and flushes so my diet didn't change a lot while going through all that. I already had that part of it fugured out.
I did notice though that when cleaning I desired more of the fruits and veggies and when rebuilding I couldn't get enough proteins and fats. And eight years ago when I started teaching others this material I noticed they pretty much went through the same cravings and recovery process. When cleaning - lots of fruits and veggies. When healing - not much of anything, lots of sleep, and when rebuilding the animal products and fats.
The bug killer usually makes things loosen up a bit and the Zymex II also loosens things up. So it doesn't make any sense unless there's not much in the colon to eliminate.
Popcorn, through all of this I ate popcorn. Give the bowels some bulk to work with and popcorn is good at absorbing all the nasties. But there's even some controversy about that now. But it worked for me and I advise it.
7 years now, Wow!!! Lots of money and wrong advise. First things first - kill the bugs, decongest the liver. You'll make it.
