Are u fasting to completion. Are u not afraid to loose a lot of weight?? Ok, I guess I am the only one here whom this issue bothers a lot:)) Never mind!

I am here also to detox myself plus cure my Candida (AGAIN). I did 10 day Water Fast in February this year and on a day 8 or so of my re-feeding mess up everything. No need to mention even how I was upset about myself that time and even now but may be I need to give myself 2nd chance and try again for 7-10 days.. Plus I had issues with stomach (before I started this fast). Several years ago I had an operation on my stomach due to eating wrong food and a lot of sweets. Last time I fasted I had unpleasant feeling in my stomach (under ribs) on day 4 or 5. Now it is day 4 and AGAIN I have the same feeling. But it is not painful just unpleasant. I know something is going on there and it is GOOD.:)
