I am currently in the UK. The make is Viridian and it is in powdered form and each 5 grams contains chelated calcium citrate and carbonate (800mg), and chelated magnesium oxide and citrate (350mg). The formula also contains 500mg of vit C and chelated boron and 1180mg of malic acid.

I add zinc and Vit D to the mix for absorption. I am also doing Epsom Salt baths. I know it's hard for the body to absorb minerals from non-food sources so I am surprized that I am already starting to feel better after only 4 days!
