Hi Loosie:)

Actually I have never liked taking vitamins. I always had inner rejection to them. But Chris persuaded me to take them. I am still struggling a bit but I will get there. Recently I have ordered from Iherb.com some supplements mainly green food powder. They are Organic Barley Grass, Chlorella, Organic Wheat Grass (all NOW products). Plus I am taking Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate). I mentioned just powders here. I am closer to taking them than tablets:)

I am fasting now so no supplements of any kind, of course.

Loosie, are u fasting now?
