Funnily enough, I have a copy of Louise Hay's "You can heal your life" with me right now. My father bought it for my brother when my brother was dying. I thought this was really odd as my father is a straight-down-the-line career scientist who never listens to anybody on health matters except doctors. I wondered what he would have made of Louise's theory about cancer being caused by massive resentment (in my brother's case I mean). Anyway, I have started repeating an affirmation that I am in good health. I'll have to do it a lot to drown out my negative thoughts.
