thanks.. I'm gonna take an educated guess.. and assume since I had nothing but acid in my stomach and I had an ulcer that has been healed for yrs.. that it started to irritate it.. so lovely now i have to work on healing that again.

but I got the mindfulness I was looking for.. I wasn't looking to 'detox'
