I am wondering that myself - I have been doing coffee enemas and not feeling much happening. I think you are supposed to hear a gurgle from the gall bladder area. I know the enemas are supposed to dilate the bile ducts and encourage the liver to dump toxins, but I am wondering if I have stones blocking bile ducts that are preventing that.
