I tried the flush last night for the first time. I managed the epsom slats and the whole glass of oil/lemon. I didnt feel sick but as i lay down suddenly vomitted the whole oil/lemon up. I do not take any citrus usually as they give me migranes but thought i would chance it as the cleanse will help relieve other symptoms. I think my body rejected the lemon juice.
