Hi Lapis and thanks for the tips! I've already stocked up with ginger and grapefruit (and lecithin and taurine) so with your good advice I think I'm ready. One more thing :-
what's the relationship between Sugar and an aggravated gallbladder. Do I have to avoid Sugar too?
