Hi Raine:)

Congratulations upon making such a decision. I guess I will be reasonable to do a mixture between water and juice fasting. At least u can give ur body some 'food' in a form of juices (even without pulp) to keep it going for that long:).

I am actually fasting too. By now it is almost the end of day 2. Well, tomorrow morning it will be (in 6-8 hh). Initially I was planning to go for a juice fast but decided to Water Fast first. My dream actually is to fast 14 days. Have already done 10 but 2 weeks never. Dont want to go for more than that coz I dont want to loose a lot of weight. I know I know it will be back with time (the 'healthy meat', go figure) but still dont want to scare people at work:))))... But if I could fast in a special institution for a month and then (staying there) could gain my healthy weight back then YES... Want to go for at least 7 days but will see how it goes:)
