Hi Jaymz

No particular new insights from this fast apart from to discover I have ribs and hips!

Total weight lost so far since 14 November 2007 is 95 pounds. Total weight lost on this fast is 20 pounds. Bear in mind I will put some on at the end as I usually do, though this time I intend to experiment with juice fasting to try and reduce that effect.
