From what I can see the product that you linked does not remove fluoride, any claims notwithstanding. According to fluoridealert.org, the only technology capable of removing fluoride is reverse osmosis, activated alumina filters and distillation.
So, depending on your living circumstances(rent, own) there are different options.
If you own, a whole-house RO system would be ideal. If you rent, a distiller for cooking/drinking water and activated alumina filtration for your bath. For help in the logistics of installing these filters, I'd say contact someone that sells them.
Fluoridealert.org's recommendations re:water purification:

and water filtration products that garner their seal of approval:

You'll have to do further research here as you see that fluoride removal is apparently not a part of their testing criteria. Percursory googling tells me that Epring water filtration, for example, does NOT remove fluoride.
Here's an example of a filter that DOES remove fluoride. Please note that this filter uses "activated alumina" technology:

And an informative link on whole house filtration using activated alumina technology:

From wiki, activated alumina:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Activated_alumina
Activated alumina is manufactured from aluminium hydroxide by dehydroxylating it in a way that produces a highly porous material; this material can have a surface area significantly over 200 square metres/g. The compound is used as a desiccant (to keep things dry by absorbing water from the air) and as a filter of fluoride, arsenic and selenium in drinking water. It is made of aluminium oxide (alumina; Al2O3), the same chemical substance as sapphire and rubies (but without the impurities that give those gems their color). It has a very high surface-area-to-weight ratio. That means it has a lot of very small pores, almost like tunnels, that run throughout it.

these folks say that you don't absorb fluoride topically. I disagree with that, but I do agree that a shower filter, such as the one you linked, would not be effective. You'd have to install the filtration on the plumbing line:
http://www.friendsofwater.com/Shower_Filters.html
However, most information that we have been able to find is clear in the opinion that fluoride causes health problems through ingestion, not through showering or bathing. Most sources say that fluoride, unlike chlorine, is not released into the water and air as a gas. It travels through water as part of a metallic compound, and therefore doesn't release into the air like chlorine. Even the people who sell activated alumina (this not aluminum) for water filters, and the manufacturer firmly believe that fluoride is not absorbed through the skin by showering or bathing.
We do hear from the rare customer who reports that bathing or showering causes them serious health problems. Those who have problems seem to have been previously overfluoridated, or have extreme sensitivities.
Please be very careful about claims that you can get a whole-house activated alumina (the standard for removing fluoride) system at a cost for a few hundred dollars that will remove fluoride and last for a year or two. This simply can't be true. It takes a lot of activated alumina to remove fluoride from the whole house. Water filter systems that seem cheap compared to others are cheap because they won't do the job over time.
We don't know of any shower or bath filters that remove fluoride. It's very hard to remove and there is not sufficient time that the water is in contact with the filter media to remove fluoride.
If you are one of those who must remove fluoride from your bath water, there is a more affordable solution - and that is to have a plumber insert a fluoride-removing filter by putting it into your bathroom plumbing line. We do have 2-canister FLUORIDE PLUS fIlters in the store in the kitchen / drinking section that you could use for this purpose.

Fluoride IS absorbed topically:
http://www.lewrockwell.com/miller/miller17.html
Try to avoid fluoride, in all its guises. It is not an element the body needs or requires, even in trace amounts. There are no known naturally occurring compounds of fluorine in the human body.
Live in a nonfluoridated community. If that is not possible, drink distilled water or tap water passed through a filter that can remove fluoride (a third method using an activated alumina absorbent is not practical because of its expense). Regular activated carbon filters do not work because the diameter of a fluoride anion (0.064 nm) is smaller than the pore size of the filter. It requires a reverse osmosis filter. (Living in a fluoridated area, my family uses a table top reverse osmosis filter that we purchased online.) Distilled water has been given a bad rap by some health writers, which is not deserved (see "Blowing the Lid off Distilled Water Myths"). Distillation units are relatively inexpensive.
Fluoride is readily absorbed through the skin (and inhaled). Two-thirds of the fluoride we take into our bodies using fluoridated public water comes from bathing and wearing clothes washed in it. Drinking fluoride-free water in a fluoridated district only reduces fluoride intake by about a third.
More on topical absorption of fluoride:
http://www.fluoridealert.org/health/allergy/topical.html
http://www.fluoridealert.org/health/allergy/
Hypersensitive reactions to fluoride have been reported for both topical fluorides & ingested fluorides. The largest, government-funded, clinical trial found that 1% of people ingesting 1 mg fluoride tablets exhibited allergic/hypersensitive reactions to fluoride.
Symptoms of allergic/hypersensitive reactions have been reported to include: skin rashes (e.g. dermatitis, urticaria, eczema); mouth lesions (canker sores); gastric distress; headache; joint pain; weakness; visual disturbances; and lethargy.
"One percent of our cases reacted adversely to the fluoride. By the use of placebos, it was definitely established that the fluoride and not the binder was the causative agent. These reactions, occurring in gravid women and in children of all ages in the study group affected the dermatologic, gastro-intestinal and neurological systems. Eczema, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, epigastric distress, emesis, and headache have all occurred with the use of fluoride and disappeared upon the use of placebo tablets, only to recur when the fluoride tablet was, unknowingly to the patient, given again. When adverse reactions occur, the therapy can be readily discontinued and the patient or parent advised of the fact that sensitivity exists and the element is to be avoided as much as possible."
Following the termination of water fluoridation, "the significant decrease in the number of other skin rashes leaves room for speculation, seeming to favor the view that a small segment of the population may have some kind of intolerance to fluoride. This group of people should be studied further. The most frequently reported symptoms that disappeared from the time of actual to known discontinuation of fluoridation seemed to be itching and dryness of the skin."

TOOTHPASTE WITHOUT FLUORIDE
5/16/2007: Deanna from Seattle writes, "I have had eczema around my nose for years now and have experimented with every imaginable remedy on the planet to see what helps. Somethings would help for 2 days and then it would come back. Well, recently we ran out of our normal toothpaste and bought a natural one without fluoride at Whole Foods. 3 days later my eczema was gone. I didn't think the toothpaste was doing a great job at getting my teeth cleaned so I went and bought the usual fluoride toothpaste. Within 24 hours my eczema came back. Yep, I put it all together and went back to the non-fluoride toothpaste, supplemented with a good ole brush of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda every other day or so. Eczema disappeared, not to return. Teeth, healthy and fresh. From the research I am now doing on the web, it appears that fluoride causes a lot of serious health problems! Glad to make the discovery."

ok, is that enough links for you? :) Think about topical absorption. All sorts of drugs are administered transdermally, from nicotine patches to birth control.
Now, please, do us a favor. Research this further and tell us what you learn and what you decide on! :)
