Hello,
I'm posting this hoping it will help someone else. for the past 3 or 4 years, I have had a lump on my left breast. I have never went to the doctor for it, as I do not believe in mammograms. I starting fixing green smoothies in my vitamix about 2-3 months ago. about a month or two after doing this, I notice the lump is shrinking, so much that I have to really dig to find it and sometimes cannot find it at all.
What I usually put in my smoothies, which can vary of course are a couple of pieces of celery, about half an apple, some grapes and what I believe is the most important for me is approx 1-2 cups of spinach. it makes a delicious snack or accompaniment to a meal. I also leave the peels on on the veggies&fruits. You can use other fruits or greens, such as kale, mustard greens, ect. I originally started drinking the smoothies for my health, as I have been very sick, I never thought it would shrink the lump. You can find used vitamix 3600 on ebay.
I have also been using the eagle guardian imprinter on the area, which has been helping me feel better. if you do not know what it is, just go to dogpile and type in eagle guardian and you should find the companys website with their testimonies of how it has helped cancer and other health problems.
I was also having blood Sugar problems, the guardian has helped this also.
