I agree that a urinary tract infection is not going to form that quick.

You may have had a UTI before hand and just did not notice it. The only way you will know for sure is to get a urine culture.

There is one other possibility. Sometimes during rough sex the blood vessels in the penis can be ruptured causing instant burning or pain. This can also occur if the tubes in the penis are constricted during ejaculation. The pressure of the ejaculation against the constricted tubules can lead to damage.
