Thanks everyone for your replies. I know I have had symptoms for three years now that mostly showed up on my skin and itched severely. Would last about a week and go away and be back again. A vicious non stop cycle. Dermatologist couldn't figure out what to do after treating for two years. I think Antibiotics just made it worse. I have never been tested for strep but have been tested for the usual things that would lower your immune system. Someone just told me to get tested for that but I don't think the sore throat was that. You're right it was the toxins coming out of my body. Just wish I knew what the toxins were. I guess I was grumbling a little before because I thought I had to go through another darn cleanse to be clean. (smile) I keep reading all over the different forums about people passing mucoid plaque and stones and I did not pass any of that. Well on a good note, today was the first day "fast free" It was strange not to drink that lemonade. It grew on me. I miss it. I think I'll drink one tonight. You know whats weird, since I went these ten days of fasting it seems strange to eat. I am fearful of food! And if I go to the family and friends they are trying to push food on me. I think they think I am dying. (smile) I did bake a big pan of fudge. I gave it all away and saved a little for my husband when he comes home from work. I didn't even want one. Now, though I sort of want one, but no I will not ruin what God has just cleaned. And, God is the one responsible because He was strong when I was weak and brought me through my very first fast.
