I posted an article for you at the top of the forum on swelling and what you can do to alliviate this. I posted it at the top of the forum to help others also. I so hope you can feel better soon.

Can I please ask you to drink Mangosteen juice. It is so good for you and ready available in Indonesia. If you cannot get the juice, buy the fruit and place the entire fruit cut in the middle in a pan of water about 1 liter for 4 mangosteen and boil for 20 minutes and drink the juice. It is so good. After my prayers I will send you some info on this.
