I am on day 10 of my Master Cleanse! It was a nightmare! I got a severely sore throat and ran a fever of 101 to 102.3 for four days straight. My skin broke out on my face, neck shoulders and arms with Acne looking pustules filled with pus and bad odor. I felt like I was dieing and actually wanted to. (smile) But since yesterday (day 9) I started to feel good. Today I fit in a size 4 petite pants and about jumped for joy. I was fitting in a 7/8. Looks, like I lost some weight, which of course I am happy about but wonder now if this is my only benefit? Why does anyone do a master cleanse and then do a liver cleanse and Bowel Cleanse also? Isn't The Master Cleanse taking care of the liver and bowels also? Or did I read wrong? Do I still need to cleanse the liver and colon even though I have just about finished this Master Cleanse? I'm sorry but I am confused and just a tad dissapointed. I think I actually feel and look a little worse than I did before the cleanse with the exception of the weight loss.
