as for now, still terribly constipated... already two weeks gone, I am worried I will not get them out..

No grains, yes that did help me. I have a very restricted diet; no grains (including rice etc), dairy, etc. if i just eat a tiny bit of any of those, my blood sugar drops and I kind of 'faint' quite strange.

Anyway, thanks for all the good advice, hope this thing works out. I would just love to be normal again; eat normal stuff, feel healthy,think clearly, whatever.
