Hi,

I asked my Chinese herbalist(he is also a registered nurse) today if Epsom Salts are safe to take internally. He said that they are very safe. I have done several Liver Cleanses and I think they are safe, but I really don't know the long term effects of taking Epsom Salts . I feel better now after asking my herbalist. I trust his opinion.

I have never had an adverse reaction to using Epsom Salts .
