Just a note! High dose vitamin C ascorbic acid studies have shown to increase the rate of cancer in mice while low dose under five grams a day lowers the rate of cancer in mice! I suggest avoiding large doses of ascorbic acid and to buffer even the low dosage effect of this high acid supplement! Or get your vitamin c naturally in your foods which are naturally buffered with the alkaline minerals they contain!
