I'm still really sick almost 3 weeks after my first flush. I am almost certain it was the Epsom Salts . When I recove enough to do another flush I will use magnesium chloride instead. I have also read that some people are using Epsom Salts on a daily basis. I talked to two medical doctors and a Naturopath, as well as a very experienced colon therapist about this and all agreed that this is a very bad idea. Not only does it cause severe dehydration, but when using long term it can cause constipation as well.
