Hmmm,
well I'm certainly not an expert, but I have had a lot of benefits from working on rebalancing my body's pH levels using Dr. Robert O. Young's approach from his book "sick and tired? Reclaim your inner terrain." After improving the health of my blood in this way, I am now working together with my doctor on a natural method of brining down my blood pressure and heart rate so that I can come off of my beta blockers that I have been taking for 13 years. My recent blood presure and heart rate resting measurements, before taking my beta blocker in the morning have been 125/75 with a pulse rate of 58. So at least for me this approach seems to be working. Let me know if you want any more information, or if you would like to join me in working through this method, mslarsen@wisc.edu . I'm 26 by the way, and a grad student in Wisconsin. Catch you later, Mike
